East African Wildlife
Great Kenya Safari 14 days, 13 nights)
Day 1—Drive from Nairobi via Mt Kenya region, crossing the Equator for lunch at Nanyuki town. Then proceed further north to Isiolo town, diverting to Samburu national reserve, arriving in the afternoon. Enjoy an evening game drive and retire for dinner and overnight stay at a campsite/lodge.
Day 2—Early morning game drive and back at the camp for breakfast. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive; back to the camp in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at the campsite/lodge.
Day 3—After breakfast, visit Samburu Cultural Village for an extra fee and then drive to Nanyuki Town for lunch and afternoon visit to Sweet Water’s animal Sanctuary to see Chimpanzees, Rhinos, and other wildlife; dinner and overnight stay in Nanyuki.
Day 4—After breakfast drive to Nakuru via Thompson Falls for lunch and proceed to Nakuru, stopping at the view point of the Great Rift Valley. Arrive at Nakuru in the afternoon for a game drive. This park has a rich bird life, including flamingos. retire in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at the camp site/lodge.
Day 5—After breakfast proceed for an early game drive, then depart for Lake Baringo to explore the lake with a motor boat; on the lake you are likely to see hippos, crocodiles, and migratory birds from Europe. This Lake is very rich in bird life (over 350 species). Lunch en-route; dinner and overnight stay at campsite/lodge.
Day 6—After breakfast drive via Lake Bogoria to see the flamingos and hot springs and proceed to Narok for lunch, then to Mara, arriving late afternoon; dinner/overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 7—After breakfast proceed for a full day game drive; in the evening drive back to the camp/lodge for dinner/overnight.
Day 8—After breakfast proceed for a nature walk with our Maasai guide. Visit the local Maasai villages for an extra fee to learn more on their nomadic lifestyle. After lunch drive to Nairobi for dinner and overnight stay at a Hotel in the city.
Day 9—After breakfast drive to Amboseli in time for lunch. Retire back to the camp/lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 10—Early morning game drive before breakfast, and then a whole day game viewing; return to the campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 11—After breakfast, drive to Tsavo west via Chyulu hills, arriving in time for lunch; afternoon game drive and a visit to Mzima springs, the source of water of the Mombasa River, then return back to the campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 12—After breakfast drive to Mombasa for lunch; afternoon city excursion and return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 13—After breakfast, spend the whole day at the beach; in the evening board a train for transfer back to Nairobi.

Bird Watching
Bird Watchers Paradise, Kenya (7 days, 6 nights)
Day 1 (Nairobi to Lake Baringo)—After breakfast in Nairobi, depart the city region via Limuru tea farms, descending to the floor of the Great Rift Valley, and stopping at the view point to see Mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha; lunch is at Lake Baringo. This lake has over 450 bird species recorded. Proceed for an evening of bird watching. Dinner and overnight stay at a campsite/lodge.
Day 2 (Lake Baringo to Lake Bogoria)—After breakfast take a 1hour bird watching trip by motor boat to the island to see more birds, as well as Hippos; on the island you can organize short excursions at an extra cost to see a local village, or a visit to a snake farm; after lunch drive to Lake Bogoria to see pink Flamingos, hot springs and geysers; dinner and overnight stay at the campsite/lodge.
Day 3 (Lake Bogoria to Kakamega Forest)—After breakfast drive to Kakamega National Reserve which is the only Equatorial reserve left in Africa. It is renowned for its bird life, and is home to several hundred species; lunch en-route; dinner and overnight stay at the campsite/lodge.
Day 4 (Kakamega Forest)—After breakfast, spend the whole Day in Kakamega Forest, accompanied by a game warden, our driver, and our guides. Carry picnic lunch with you; dinner and overnight stay at the campsite/lodge.
Day 5 (Kakamega Forest to Nakuru)—After breakfast drive to Nakuru, arriving in time for lunch; this park is rich in bird life (450 species); proceed for late afternoon lunch and a game drive where you may spot the white rhino, Rothschild's Giraffe, and other plains game; dinner and overnight stay at a campsite/lodge.
Day 6 (Nakuru to Naivasha)—Early morning bird watching, followed by breakfast; then drive to Hell’s Gate National Park, with a brief stop at Lake Elementaita view point. This park is the breeding ground for many species of raptors and vultures, including Verreaux Eagle and Augur Buzzards. Over 120 species of birds have been recorded here; lunch is at Lake Naivasha lodge; dinner/overnight stay at a campsite/lodge.
Day 7(Naivasha to Nairobi)—After breakfast drive back to Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta Airport.
